Caffi’s most familiar decaffeinated coffee comes from Colombia, Narino. It is a clean and balanced coffee with sweetness and an aftertaste of ripe fruit. It is a rich and versatile medium-roast coffee for a filter coffee maker, espresso machine, grinding coffee machine or moka pot.
To put it simply, when removing caffeine from raw coffee, substances are dissolved under pressure. Caffeine is removed from the solution and then other substances are absorbed back into the beans.
